It doesn't have dysfunctional issues. when I open the application I'm always required to enter password for security purposes and after entering the password I find warnings about the scams that are making waves in the modern world. I highly recommend this application to each and every FNB account holder. |
| 2024-12-06 |  | | I just got my new Huawei Nova Y62 and I am unable to get into my FNB app, it says the app is not compatible with my device and that I should try to update the app, but there's no new update. I've been with FNB for 11 years and never had a problem with the app. I do all my banking and payments online as I have Osteoperosis in my spine and neck and can't move around much so I am very dependant on my FNB app. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!!!!! |
| 2024-12-03 |  | | On Android, if there is more than one notification in the swipe-down notification panel on the home screen, and you tap the bottom message as read, it doesn't mark that particular message as read, but rather the one above it. If you didn't look at the one above and want to know what it was, you have no choice but to open the app. UPDATE: I am not going to email my concerns. My review is clear. Skip the lazy side-step reply and fix the problem! UPDATE 3 Dec: Still not fixed?? |
| 2024-11-29 |  | | No response from developers on technical issues surrounding no access at all to secure chat function. It's almost 6 months of no feedback at all. The secure chat function does not work, I was emailing for six months with no feedback what is the purpose of a further email. |
| 2024-11-29 |  | | Its good enough tobdo transactions and basic things like buying airtime or data, but when it comes to other things like their secure chats it becomes clear that this is nothing but an overlayed webapp...I can't even get help through the app if you want assistant u need to call them And I found myself going through their website more than their app |

I just want to use the app. Also when I go into the product store, it nevers loads the full store, it shows me offers I qualify for. Come on, it's mind bending I'm forced to see multiple ads/offers on top of each other. |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | Lots of bugs. Phone number isn't working. I never receive OTPs even after updating my contact details. The app randomly logs you out after or two minutes. I have been logged out in the middle of trying to make a payment. When clicking on notices, they don't take you to the right pages. Terrible experience |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | New app update where accounts are all jumbled is just terrible, happened once a few months back, then reverted back to the old user friendly layout, and has now gone back to the jumbled layout, needs to be fixed and left as it WAS a brilliant app. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | This is the worst bank ever, refusing to cancel a debit order which should not be taken even though I have a payment plan in place. This has been going on since August where they are taking money from me twice a month which I cannot afford cause stress. I have escalated this numerous time and they just say it has been resolved yet every month since August they are taking money twice and this Fraudulent as I now feel that I'm under financial abuse from this bank and they are not bothered to fix. |
