I am really enjoying the app. It's really helpful for those that want to exercise at home. You can start slowly with the challenge, then add other more targeted exercises. I'm on week 3 of the challenge, + some extra stretching, ab exercises and some weight training, and it's going really well. I recommend it.

The best I've used everyapp on play store just about. None have been able to compare tothis in terms of ads and content. Comes with a diet plan, both for vegetarians and people who eat meat. I can honestly say that this is by far one of the best apps that I have ever used in terms of exercise. You can put in your BMI track your weight, track your progress track your workouts, the fact that I'm even wasting time writingng a review should be evidence enough. Get this app it's not like the other

So far it's good but it keeps turning down the volume during the ads and not turning the volume back up again - I'm listening to podcasts during the workout. It would be nice if there was a paid version with no ads available. Also the calories figures are very over estimated.
