I really truly love this app and use it regularly. Every time I need to get back into the swing of working out regularly (we all trail away from our routine from time to time) I pull this app out to get myself remotivated and back in the habit of working out every morning. It's a little cheesy with the computer automated voice but the workouts are effective and you see results and that's what's most important to me.

Someone recently put me on to this app, and I'm truly impressed. It's super friendly to use, I love the demo, and the health tips are fantastic. They also collect some stats so you have the ability to compare overtime. I'm very happy to have this app because it supports core and spine health, and those are both vital to maintaining a healthy life, especially while exercising.
