2024-01-18 | A Google user | I love it! This app is really useful when it comes to having control of your body. I tried it for a month, trying to be punctual, but even if I couldn't do the workout every day, I still got a great result. It has cool features like reminders, and videos showing you how to do a specific exercise, diet, etc. It made me feel better about myself and helped me to be more active in my everyday life. The only problem is ads. It has lots of ads, way too many. However, I still like it. | |

Every time I need to get back into the swing of working out regularly (we all trail away from our routine from time to time) I pull this app out to get myself remotivated and back in the habit of working out every morning. It's a little cheesy with the computer automated voice but the workouts are effective and you see results and that's what's most important to me. | |

They also collect some stats so you have the ability to compare overtime. I'm very happy to have this app because it supports core and spine health, and those are both vital to maintaining a healthy life, especially while exercising. | |

It's awesome the voice is so helpful I know as soon as she starts counting I holde the pose till it goes off then relax then do it again. I do a leg workout app with this and my body is a head turner π I can wear what I want and not look too bad love this please don't change itπ ads not too annoying either they don't disturb you. I watch them coz it's the least I can to give back | |

2020-07-14 | yannan cai | great app! two difficulty levels: beginner and advanced, both 30 days long, i just finished beginner and am now starting advanced. i definitely saw results towards around day 20. i love how short the workouts are (less than 15 min). they also start out easy and get difficult towards the end of the month which is nice. highly recommend! | |

And it is slow but I either go more slowly which is harder, or I do faster reps. I really like it and have sent a screen shot of it to a friend. Apps should have a share function! | |
2020-06-04 | Sukh | This is a great app! I've been using it for over a week now and I've started to feel and see the difference. You need to make sure your food intake is healthy too. The one thing I think needs improvement (I haven't seen the option to change it) is the ability to change the set working seconds and reducing the rest cycle. I've been able to increase the rest cycle but not reduce. Again it's not something I've looked into fully but overall this app really targets all sections of my abs. |
