You can start slowly with the challenge, then add other more targeted exercises. I'm on week 3 of the challenge, + some extra stretching, ab exercises and some weight training, and it's going really well. I recommend it. | |

Comes with a diet plan, both for vegetarians and people who eat meat. I can honestly say that this is by far one of the best apps that I have ever used in terms of exercise. You can put in your BMI track your weight, track your progress track your workouts, the fact that I'm even wasting time writingng a review should be evidence enough. Plus the meal plan design with its shopping list is a great guidance tool. The app itself is easy to use and allows to pause to set for the next workout and it keeps track of your weight as you go through your goals. Nicely done. | |

2019-11-11 | A Google user | It's a "quite okay" workout app and I use to do my workouts through it. I could have given you 5 stars but: 1. Developers- this app is meant for workout motivation (for people who hate gym), and just adding a function that you lose 1 star out of 3, when you miss a single day without any of the workout and achievements after workouts, keeps you motivated. 2. Timing- These animations work out way too fast you can't keep your pace with them. Developers please Adjust the timing. Otherwise this app is great,(even the ads won't bother me). Hope to See it all in the next update. |
