I spent 20 minutes in the middle of Neu-Isenburg trying to hail a ride with the app until I just decided to walk and find a taxi on the street. You'll never get a rideshare driver (the cheapest option), so if you're lucky enough for the app to not crash before you get to order a ride, just pick taxi because you probably won't get a ride otherwise. I'm going to rent a car next time.

The app itself works well and we had good luck finding drivers when we needed them. However, two of the three times we used this service, the drivers charged us more than double the quoted fare after we had already concluded the ride. So make sure to check your quoted fare and what you actually get charged. Customer service was quick to refund the difference when we complained, but I'm still not sure this service is 100% trustworthy.

Lots of surprise charges. The driver was lovely and I definitely wouldn't want to drive myself in Rome, but there was an additional €10 added to my original estimate to the ride i pre-booked because my taxi got there 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and after looking at their FAQs I found that it's apparently allowed for them to start their meters 10 minutes prior to their time with you. I guess it'd be fine to use if you think you can be early to all of your meets with your taxi.
