INFORMATION ON YOUR TRIP
You can access your trip information and ticket anytime via your phone and can follow your bus’s location. Let the app guide you to your bus stop. Important information, such as delays or changes concerning the bus stop, will be shared with you via push notification or a text message, so you won't miss any information. Very important: don't forget to allow push notifications!

BAGGAGE
Every ticket includes 1 free carry-on bag on board and 1 free suitcase or travel bag. Unlike flights or others means of transportation, you can easily and affordably bring more baggage with you on the bus. Bicycle spaces are also available – just choose the option you need during the booking process. Our bus drivers are happy to help you stow them away. COMFORT ON BOARD
With FlixBus, you are guaranteed a seat with a comfortable and adjustable backrest, extra legroom, private power outlets, and we have toilets on board. Terrible bus service, took a trip out of state, both buses were late by way more than 1 hour, and they never sent me any text or email updates. I had to pull up the info myself from customer service, and they couldn't even give me an estimate the first trip. Don't even bother if you need to catch something time sensitive like a plane!

Easy to order tickets but everything after that was confusing/unclear. They say the qr code they give you isnt the one that you use for the busses in THEIR OWN company and that you have to wait for a second email. Makes no sense. Then, the app gives the option to stay up to date with the bus -- our bus they overbooked and wouldnt let us board. We'd have to wait for a back up bus to come..which misses the whole point of the bus schedule and preordering tickets. I ordered an uber instead.

App probably worse than the bus service and that's not great either. Once you buy tickets, if you don't save the QR code, its very hard to find. The ticket doesnt show up in the app. The search function does not work. I end up just doing a screenshot of the ticket. Which is fine but defeats the purpose of the app. Many passengers in NYC have issues with this, seen this many times. You should just be able to open the app and find the ticket. But this rarely works. Cheap service, cheap app.
