Some Bolt drivers are just terrible. They are rude, illeterates who struggle to navigate a simple map. You order a ride, and it takes a decade to reach the pick-up point. They will also not be humble enough to learn. You call, and they won't respond. Eventually, you are left with no option but to cancel a ride after a lot of time wasting. Please check how you recrute your drivers.

The app is really nice and I use it often. Although sometimes I have a problem when it comes to payment. The rider or driver wants you to pay the amount on his end, yet I have received a discounted amount. Some riders even end up speaking very rudely and trying to get violent. Please fix the issue.

Lately, the application regularily does not match the location on the map with the address correctly. For instance, twice during a week we were let out a few hundreds meters away from my son's school, enven though the address I entered was correct and accessible for a taxi. Another example, today the application sent the driver to a wrong bus stop. I was even charged late fee. Update: became even worse, gives pick up address in a random location opposite side of the city.
