• Activate new cards • View both invoiced and the new purchases • Manage safety settings for your card, e.g. enable online purchases ( only SE) and choose to block the card for purchases in specific regions. If the card is missing, the card can temporarily be disable • Send secure messages to customer service
To use all parts of the First Card app, you must log in. • Swedish cardholders log in with Mobile BankID • Norwegian cardholders log in with BankID or Mobilt BankID • Danish cardholders log in with MitID • Finnish cardholders log in with bank codes.
Without logging in, you can view contact information to call customer support , block a card , call card insurance company and view questions and answers.
The fact that you can't use the back button/gesture to navigate back inside the app is frustrating at best. It just closes the app and quess what, you get to authenticate yourself again (nothing wrong with the re-authentication, its a security feature, but the navigation gestures not working is just awful)
Does not work at all on Android currently. I had to use iPhone to activate my first card since on a android the button to open Nordea ID does nothing. Have tried reinstalling both the first card app and nordea ID on this phone to no effect. Pretty sure this was an issue on my previous Android phone also. Disgraceful.
Absolutely one of the WORST apps ever created. And I mean EVER! And it's from a bank! You should be ashamed of even having this out for download. Uninstalled and never to be reinstalled again. Learn from other serious banks and their developers before even thinking of launching something like this again!
