Makes banking much easier! I changed my rating from 5 stars back in 2017 into 3 today (27.11.2024) simply because a recent change added unnecessary and confusing functionality into the GUI. Now Nordea ID offers the launching of mobile bank application in the GUI which is narrowing down the scope of ID. Most times I use Nordea ID for non Nordea identification and the user interface should be clean not clogged as often there are delays which then makes one think should I push something in GUI.

Reoccurring problem with authentication via nordea id when buying tickets via the HSL app, it would be good to do something with this is very annoying and inconvenient. You can't confirm the purchase cause the "authentication failed," especially when both apps are on the same device (phone)

Decent authentication app, though some features seem to be hidden or missing, that you nevertheless encounter online. Like the "offline signing" function, if the client website only offers that, there's no easy way to access it in the app. Also seems to be an issue with notifications, as I never receive them and instead have to open the app again manually - whence it immediately enters the verification mode.
