It just closes the app and quess what, you get to authenticate yourself again (nothing wrong with the re-authentication, its a security feature, but the navigation gestures not working is just awful) | |

Have tried reinstalling both the first card app and nordea ID on this phone to no effect. Pretty sure this was an issue on my previous Android phone also. Disgraceful. | |

Currently my only way to log into the app is to use two devices simultaneously (e.g. install First Card on a tablet and use MitID on the phone to apprive). I tried to contact support via support option inside the app. The process forced me to use chat which is ok. The problem was that there was no one chatting on the Nordea's side. After waiting a while for someone to appear, desided send a message to my contact in Nordea. MVPs are ok but they should be functional. Otherwise it is better to leave them unpublished. | |

2021-08-11 | Jesper Carlsson | Always worked quite badly. But now, at version 2.8.3, it has stopped working completely. It tells you to activate screen lock, even if it is already active, and then closes down. (update) Version 3.1.2 works sometimes. I have to restart the app a couple of times befor the login screen appear but when it finally shows up it normally let's me login. |
