Less than optimal experience. I've used the free version for a couple years and finally got to upgrade to premium. Now when I take a picture of an unknown plant it doesn't seem to register in the app and I'm brought back to the Home page. Since there doesn't appear to be a support address I'm posting this here for some assistance.

I have tried a few and this one is the most accurate. It helps that it makes you select if it's a leaf, flower, etc so that narrows down the search. Only feature I want is an option to backup/restore "My Plants" in case I switch phones. There are more ads now (I've been using it for 3 years), but it's still worth it and works.

TERRIBLE UPDATE. Since last app update... my identified plant collection now includes a multitude of incorrect results THAT I DID NOT ADD MYSELF. Taking a pic, uploading to identify, then choosing from results to add to collection... well, it's saving ALL PAST results automatically, meaning I now have multiple incorrect entries for each picture taken rather than just the one I CHOSE to save under the proper id tag. UTTERLY USELESS! REVERT REVERT REVERT... OR I'M CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION.
