| 2024-07-22 |  | | Less than optimal experience. I've used the free version for a couple years and finally got to upgrade to premium. Now when I take a picture of an unknown plant it doesn't seem to register in the app and I'm brought back to the Home page. Since there doesn't appear to be a support address I'm posting this here for some assistance. |

Only feature I want is an option to backup/restore "My Plants" in case I switch phones. There are more ads now (I've been using it for 3 years), but it's still worth it and works. |
| 2022-11-14 |  | | TERRIBLE UPDATE. Since last app update... my identified plant collection now includes a multitude of incorrect results THAT I DID NOT ADD MYSELF. Taking a pic, uploading to identify, then choosing from results to add to collection... well, it's saving ALL PAST results automatically, meaning I now have multiple incorrect entries for each picture taken rather than just the one I CHOSE to save under the proper id tag. UTTERLY USELESS! REVERT REVERT REVERT... OR I'M CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION. |

None of the suggested plants are even close. And why did you remove the choice to identify by leaf, flower, fruit and bark? That was the most useful feature. Now this app is useless and so aggressive with ads that it's not worth even trying to use it. |

It's a good starting point at the very least, especially considering how similar plants can look. But the ads... They're murder. I'd be more than happy to pay a couple bucks once to stop the ads. But a subscription is insane for a plant identifying app. So, looks like it's back to searching for something better, and less ad herendous. |

I am hoping the site will continue to broaden its data base of plants. Yes, the ads can be annoying, but so are TV commercials...I'm not in that big of a hurry that I can't wait a fee extra seconds. |

Shame, because it seemed to be identifying the plants accurately. Not worth it though, as there are other apps that will do the same thing without inundating you with ads. Also, you will have to download Adobe Express. |
| 2022-04-28 |  | | I just downloaded this app 10 minutes ago. (FREE version) Tried 6 different plants, (flowers, shrub, young Weeping Willow tree) Took clear pics. Not only were there dozens of results, they were ALL wrong. And thats with me clicking on the category, which I may not always know. Also, it says "Get Premium Version for more accurate results". What? So the free version gives inaccurate results? It was already free for me to guess the wrong answer without an app. |

The only cons I have are the full screen ads that take up some of your time and they don't have some plants I was searching for, but I understand that's a work in progress. I definitely recommend this app if you're new to plant care or already experienced and want reminders to for watering, fertilizing, rotating, etc. |

It is very helpful to me in identifying and caring for my plants. I especially like the reminders. However, the icon doesn't show up clearly in my notifications. I would give 5 stars once this is fixed please. |
