It is nice when it work - coordinates purchasing seat reservations nicely. But very often after I put in my arrival city and then want to do a completely different search, the arrival city becomes my departure city and nothing will make it go away, even closing the app. It seems to work better in Chrome than Firefox but it is terrible if your app is not programmed to work with Firefox, handing over a monopoly to Google while shutting out an open source application made to help us all.
Overall it works great. Information is accurate. There is a bit of a learning curve. But once you get the hang of it works fine. Critical to point out that you need mobile data because the trains do not consistently have wifi. If no mobile data take a screenshot of your qr code ticket when you have wifi as the qr code does not stay on your phone. The rail planner part works great. Biggest drawback is booking seat reservations is not done in the app and is a nightmare to figure out.
1st and last time using this to travel by train. It is more inconvenient than the opposite and my experience remains terrible despite a very responsive support service. Pass included trips are basically the most expensive options of one country's train offer and one could actually travel for cheaper using local train services to benefit of all the travel options desired. Being unable to choose sits is also a major inconvenience especially when traveling with another person with their own pass...
