Terrible app, terrible service. After logging in, I am not allowed to use this app because I have a new phone. I just receive a generic error and no additional info. When I call in, it takes 6 people before anyone even recognizes the issue, then they tell you have to either go in person to reset you mobile app, or call a sales number that only goes to voicemail. The representative even told me straight up no one is going to ever answer that number. Pay to not be able to use.

Zachary Henderson, 2022-12-26Seriously this app is almost worthless. No tracking of buses, of times, and pretty sure tut doesn't give me an automatic transfer the way cota claims it does. And these are the least of my issues with cota. Honest, zero stars. Possibly even negative
