After buying multiple tickets and using the app daily now all of the sudden. I get "Barcode Error" can't open tickets I bought.

I created an account on my main phone not thinking much of it. then I realized I can't use my pass on this phone because I don't have data. I tried logging in on my other phone instead but apparently you aren't allowed to transfer the pass to a different device.

The app was great on my Samsung phone but now can't access my student pass on my new phone. I've deleted & redownload the app many times already & it doesn't show me my pass. Even deleted the app on my Samsung phone.
