I for some reason can't get it to work??? I connect to the camera just fine , but the app takes me to WiFi settings and tells me to try again

It doesn't seem to work properly. I tried to connect on 2 different phones to my camera and both times it said "connected, no internet". Somehow, it worked fine when the guy at the store was showing it to me
