Iv turned off all notifications and you still get pop ups on your screen to buy the cloud service. I might have purchased it but not after the frustration they caused while using this useless app and camera.. You know the problem you're the one putting the pop ups on there in the first place you can remove pop ups SMH any time you want to

Sammy S, 2024-12-01The app is clunky and difficult to figure out. The worst part is it loads full screen ads when you first start, with a startup delay. Some of those ads are malware click bait "YOUR PHONE IS INFECTED" ads. I'm probably going to throw away the cameras and get new ones with a more reliable app that doesn't use malware beg screens, I'm really disappointed with this. It's a shame because the cameras are pretty good for the price

Scott LaCroix, 2024-09-27This App is horrible I've had it just about a year and it's the same old BS over and over again.. freezes up..takes way to long to post any videos..and cuts off in the middle of watching recorded video...I really need to find something else I have already more than once contacted ICSEE and it's the same old story it will be fixed and never does... really fed up with this app I use my cameras for security reasons I can't have this going on
