It doesn't accept being from a country but living in another one, it doesn't do anything when I upload my passport, it doesn't accept my wife's passport, it bugs when you try to take a selfie. It doesn't work... Edit: I was able to fix some problems by reinstalling and restarting the app multiple times. I needed to accept full camera and photo gallery access from the app and not just "This one time/When app is in use". It took over an hour to fix, but it worked in the end. Up from 1 to 3 stars

At first it was okay. I was able to use it as my digital id since i haven't received my physical id but i think it had a glitch recently where i can't open the app even if i log in to it. It will just get stock on the login page even though it sends your otp

Trying to upload passport and doesn't work and website doesn't work either. Been waiting for sin pin code for an hour in my email. And yes I've been checking my spam folder. Please make your app and website easier to use and Please have a toll free customer service number to call for him.
