Generally a fan, works reliably and all. I understand implementing a search function may use services you just can't use right now, but when trying to find out if there's a station near the place I wanna go, it's an incredible pain. Because, PLEASE, don't show all singular bikes and stations in the entirety of the city as soon as i zoom out, cluster them so the app doesn't instantly crash trying to find my destination!!

Renting, parking, and returning is easy to do. The maps are clear, and the bike locations are always up to date. However, it's not always clear if a bike has been reserved already or not. It happened to me once that a returned bike did not register to the location of the station, resulting in extra fees. It was quickly settled with the customer service, though. The feedback and service requests over the app work very well in general.

I signed up with my number and entered the pin that was texted to me. It said an error occurred and my registration wasn't complete. Then it wouldn't send me a new code. I went to login and it said my number was already registered but the pin did not allow me to login. Incredibly frustrating
