Absolutely the worst application and service. Cameras take at least 3 minutes to load and when they eventually load they are extremely low quality and cut out every 2 seconds., In an emergency it is extremely frustrating. For a Home Security System, that is unacceptable. I wish I didn't spend thousands of dollars on equipment and sign the contract. Don't get Vivint. They're going to reply to this saying to email them, I've spent an incredible amount of time over the years addressing issues.

The latest November update has bugs. Now, every time there is motion detected on my outdoor camera pro gen 2, I get double or sometimes quadruple notifications. It is both "the person lingering" and the "person / vehicle detected notifications. I had a tech look at it when he was doing an install on smoke detectors. He also tried downloading the latest camera firmware. I have done everything I can think of. I've never had any issues with this app before. Vivint, please help

I can't save or share videos with sound! I can hear the sound on my phone in the app so the cameras are recording audio but no amount of ways I could come up with to share the videos would send the sound with the video. I've literally had to record videos on my phone using the camera of another phone. That is just for sentimental moments I wanted to save. How much of a pain would that be for sharing security related recordings with authority if it ever were necessary. Tech support is clueless.
