I have tried to use these chargers twice at different locations this week. Each time the app could not find the charger I was at and I could not start a charging session without using a card or the app. It took our credit card information but I was never able to use the station. The app itself is very slow. Very frustrating process to use.

I'm forced to use this app because my apartment complex uses it. The app is really really bad. It logs you out after just a few days and takes over a minute to get logged in, regardless of service. The app takes forever to load, 5 sec to recognize a button press. The search for nearby stations is horrible, half the time I can't find the station I'm standing in front of. It sends a push notification that the car is charging, and immediately sends another text that charging has suspended.

Interface needs work. Fields requesting numeric input will suddenly lose cursor focus. "submit" and other buttons are slow to responds (should be instant) so I keep tapping the button. Not all stations are found so I had to manually enter the station ID. It worked but it was anything but seamless.
