If it's not the stations themselves frequently being broken, it's the app itself firing useless errors: "Oops! Something unexpected occurred." Phone and email support are slow and unhelpful. Customer service won't help you actually fix problems, either. Now that I think about it, maybe having 'America' in the name is indicative of what to expect -- Slow, unreliable, dumb, frustrating, and painful.

Totally worthless app today!! The app isn't showing location results saying, "An error has occurred. Try again..." repeatedly. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Station finally showed up but now I can't select it to start the charge. Tried plugging it in the cable again, tapped my phone to the station.... Nothing. Ended up having to pay for the charge using my credit card. Frustrated! Also, I have to restart my phone every time I need to stop the charge in my app because it freezes up.

Forces you to carry a balance instead of providing a pay-as-you-go option, charging status updates are slow, and feedback through the app fails every time I try to submit it. The charging network itself is pretty good but suffers from too few chargers at locations, not enough locations in some spots like OH and WV, and offline chargers that take too long to be repaired.
