Visible has been the worst service I’ve ever used. I experienced speeds averaging 0.6Kbps making basic tasks like browsing or texting impossible. Support failed to fix the issue and instead blamed deprioritization which is unacceptable. To make matters worse the HR team displayed skills that were unprofessional and unhelpful. Unless this is addressed seriously I can't recommend Visible. I’m not interested in contact again unless I’m connected with someone capable of resolving these issues.

Totally 💯 the best wireless and best coverage without losing 5g and or slowing down and streaming and hotspot is the best thing as well if anyone takes time to read this don't be afraid to try Visible and then you won't go back to your other wireless carrier because it will spoil you in a New York minute!!

That's the only way to get support with physical being through the app on their chat service you think they'd make something a bit more dependable if you exit your app to go find something else there's no way to get back to your chat there's also no support history or log. If you have any issue pre-prepared to type up your responses several times because you're going to their service probably a half dozen times before you actually get it resolved
