This app needs work.App co-mingles accounts of separate entities. While you can view the individual billings it doesn't allow you to make separate payment methods. Tried to pay a bill of one entity with funding source from that entity and tried putting that billing address in but it reverted to the billing address of the first entity account entered into the app. I could go on but this is already too long.
The app is not working properly... does not show electricity usage for anything only the bill. The electricity use to show for daily usage and cost and weekly costs.... Also water usages are not showing properly and have stopped... They started showing almost a gallons everyday with no leaks and meter working properly per the coop.... It needs to be fixed. Thanks!
This app is alright. Reports aren't great, could be more intuitive. Good for looking at & paying my bill. When I can log into my account. I know I'm entering in my password correctly. I say I'm having trouble accessing my account & it asks all these questions to verify I'm me. One of them is what is the last amount I was billed. The amount I enter doesn't match the records. That is because I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT TO SEE THE STATEMENT THAT JUST CAME OUT TODAY! I only know last month's amount.
