Sign in glitches. Items that are not actually available are shown in your cart and you go to buy them and get errors. Verification codes don't work and then locked out of account. Update. Account is unlocked but the app will NOT let me make a purchase. I even called customer service and they were unable to help. I simply cannot buy anything through them no matter how hard I try. And I will admit I tried harder than I should have Time to become a Fenty girl I guess

Update: ANOTHER 2YRS LATER. NOE DOESNT WORK AT ALL. C'MON, GUYS! Update 2 years later, recently uploaded the app again. Guess what? It's still having the same problem!!!!! The app literally just won't load at all. Unbelievable that in two years you haven't been able to get this fixed. Might be time to get a new IT person. I have an Android and this app basically just stopped loading for me. I deleted it and redownloaded it to no avail. Yes I won't have this app anymore.

Terrible app. I can never get logged into it to purchase or make a payment. My passwords are never recognized and I have to change them every time I try to log in, sometimes multiple times. I used to love shopping online with VS but this app has completely ruined that. The 800 number isn't much better, I couldn't even get to my account info. Hopefully I can make my payment before it's due.
