The app is very buggy. When checking out, it doesn't properly apply my payment method or address, causing me to not be able to submit the order. I have to resort to checking out on a computer. Also, if you could extend the duration of when rewards expire to a few months that would be beneficial. I don't frequent the store often and by the time I do, my rewards have expired. Edit: it doesn't allow me to view previous orders purchased in store. Also, I can't click items from my favorites list.

I uninstalled. There are more options/features on the website. It seems ok for online ordering, but for in-store pickup or just preview before heading to the store, it's not great. I signed up yesterday, and it sent me no promos until I signed up on the website. Dear Sally Co. Your online deals should match your in store deals because if shopping in store is going to be punishable with higher prices, then customers will just shop online & there there are so many more options other than Sally's.

Tried placing an order online and kept getting errors, not very clear errors. So I downloaded this app and it went a bit better. I was finally able to place an order. I like being able to change stores based on what I need at the moment. I'd love a bit more accuracy though on whether or not something is stocked.
