This app makes it incredibly hard to shop.You can't change your location most of the time& always says I'm near a location far away even though I'm literally 2.6 miles away from 2 B&BW stores,when you try to change it won't load& you can't even enter a zip code,just has a loading circle that won't respond.Now you can't even browse the app,it forgets all your filters when you click on an item to look at then scrolls you all the way to the top when you go back & you lose where you were browsing.

The app doesn't allow you to remove items from the cart and if and item is out of stock it just stays stuck in your cart preventing you from making a purchase instead of removing it or putting in a save for later spot. I would have made a purchase 6 months ago but they still haven't fixed this issue.

I've been trying to log in for over a month & it closes the app before I can type anything. Tried to use the customer care chat & it was no help (not a real person). When I waited to talk to a real person, no one responded when it was my turn. I also logged into the website, but it doesn't show you if you have a reward or how close you are to getting one. With the holiday sales happening, I need my app to work properly. Otherwise, I'll shop elsewhere.
