| 2024-11-22 |  | | This app makes it incredibly hard to shop.You can't change your location most of the time& always says I'm near a location far away even though I'm literally 2.6 miles away from 2 B&BW stores,when you try to change it won't load& you can't even enter a zip code,just has a loading circle that won't respond.Now you can't even browse the app,it forgets all your filters when you click on an item to look at then scrolls you all the way to the top when you go back & you lose where you were browsing. |

I would have made a purchase 6 months ago but they still haven't fixed this issue. |

When I waited to talk to a real person, no one responded when it was my turn. I also logged into the website, but it doesn't show you if you have a reward or how close you are to getting one. With the holiday sales happening, I need my app to work properly. Otherwise, I'll shop elsewhere. |

I tried just going through an internet browser to purchase instead, and the submitted order just loops back to my full cart. Order did NOT get placed after several attempts and no confirmation or anything. Fix your app and you'll have more sales!! |

Customer service was awful when they sent a wrong item once too. This always gets me so angry when I try to order from this place. What a joke! |

Works fine to scan in store, but it keeps telling my there's problems with my address or name when paying with PayPal. Using PayPal on the website itself, though, works fine, so it's an app issue. |

It doesn't give me the correct store and when trying to pick mine, it just spins. When trying to shop, the app will just freeze and won't allow me to scroll. I can't use it anymore. |

I will be ready to order 26 candles, & it freeze up so much when I want to edit my cart that sometimes I literally give up. Then when the sale is over I need to restart my cart. It takes so long to delete each individual item that I'll give up on making a order for a while. I work 12 hrs+2ish hours travel time to work. That doesn't leave much time to keep messing with a slow app. Please add a delete all items button? |

It feels like it's glitching with how many times it reloads itself and force scrolls you back to the top of the page. Banners cover the search bar. There's logic that makes using coupons and rewards difficult with how they randomly apply. Filters don't stick between searches. The "choose a store" never works because it sends me to loading spinner purgatory. |

But since bath and body works "updated" their app now when I get on to look through their products the page will freeze by the time I'm halfway through looking on the second page. Even when I close the app completely and open it again it literally does the same thing within 10 minutes. It's very frustrating that I can't look at all the products. |
