This app stops, telling me Bluetooth not connected, however my phone settings says its connected. Sometimes clicking on volume or right and left settings, it won't do anything, the icon for each hearing aid is not even showing. FIX IT! I PAID $900 FOR THESE, I WILL TAKE THEM BACK. 12/11/24- Why is it when I set it to where I want each aid, it goes back to where the Audiologist set it, sometime daily,said don't touch it, she does not like the app either, stated I could use the aids without it?

For Android Phone: Hearing Aids disconnect frequently; Have to re-sinc hearing aids frequently; Have to re-start Android to sinc hearing aids. Have to sinc each hearing aid. Does not sinc both HA's simultaneously. EXTREMELY pricey hearing aids for all the bells and whistles to be this much hassle and inoperable for Android phone! FYI....My "Connectivity" is NOT the problem. Fix the App or the Hearing Aids!

I wanted this app so that I could hear my phone calls through my hearing aids. I have trouble hearing callsp even with my hearing aids turned up. It doesn't work, I can't hear the caller even with all volumes (phone & hearing aids) on max. I tried it on 3 different android phones. The other items work well. My audiologist tried but it still didn't work.
