It works but wth happened to just having all of the info right where you need it, why does it all have to be clicky with credit card info panels. Its a companion app, its supposed to be useful and userfriendly not a puzzle where you guess n guess before its memorized. Before, EVERYTHING was easily found an accessable. Cluttered maybe, but it wasnt a guessn game with a buggy app... (thx for the reply but i know how to check n refill w/o the app. I just liked the ease of use n how it wasnt a maze)

My previous review was deleted 🤣. .. I've been with straight talk for 10 years, before the rewards system, before 25$plan changed to $35. I have 3400 points, and yet to get a single cheapest plan free service month, it's telling me I need 3500 more points.. so in another ten years , I MIGHT get a free service plan. The rewards are a joke, customer service is not much better. Good for cheap quick phone service, but don't rely on them like me

App has changed, it's a lot and it won't "keep me remembered, I have to log in each day. Furthermore, I won a prize on a game in the app, it's two months exactly since I won the prize, provided them with picture proof, only to be contacted a few times by phone and several by email. Told over and over it's being escalated. To date, they plan to escalate the matter and have yet to send me my prize.
