The old Xfinity app was 10 times better. Even garbage is better than this new app. Too slow, buggy, too many ads, and solves nothing... lucky them, i can't rate it with no stars. Every time i try to make a payment i either get stuck on the loading logo, or it just crashes, sometimes i pay twice by accident because of that bs, i don't know why the ***** they closed the old one, that one was quicker and easier. Simple as that!

Don't know about the app as it's too slow to really use. What I CAN review is the service itself. Ordered my modem and it's been over 10 days with no arrival. Had others order and their hardware arrived in 72 hours. So yeah, if they're this slow delivering their equipment then obviously the service and customer support cannot be very efficient or even existent, can it? I'm cancelling and going with another provider.

I have two -step verification of my account and when I log onto the app almost all the time if I'm going to do anything they make me log in again and I go somewhere and usually I'm have to log in again and sometimes a third time. I'm really sick of this. Sometimes I click on something and I just get a spinning graphic and it never goes away. And this is with a lot of links on your website and from the app. So get your s*** together and fix this thing.
