I've had the service for 2 months and only data has function. I can't send/receive calls or texts at all. I have contacted customer support, spoke to 3 different reps and no one could solve this. They did everything in their power to get this fixed and the best they could do was give me this last month free. I appreciate the data use, but if I can't get this solved I will be changing service providers before I even need to renew this one.
Here's their latest error message: "SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG. Message Failure": Constantly malfunctions; more often than not. This has been true for years. No updates have helped. Each new version just introduces a new series of errors, delays, confusions. Terrible technical writing; unbelievably bad programming. Often it takes a half hour and a dozen tries to get through.
Took over a year and a half to get through to them only after I hired a lawyer for them charging my account almost two years every month after cancelling my account. My bank kept blocking their attempts but they found a way to keep getting around it and charging my bank card. Even when I did use a TracFone the service was non existent and I would miss calls and texts. Do not get this if you're on a budget or need a fast phone. I use mint mobile now and I've never had any problems with them.
