Awful, Terrible & Frustrating!! The app wants me to log in & verify thru email every time I click on anything. I do all that & try to check my rewards points and the app needs my login info again. Every time I click on anything I have to repeat the process and was never able to do anything at all on the stupid app. *I've been with simple mobile for years but had a 6 month lapse in service. I activated a new phone/number with my original account and my accrued points had disappeared (thousands)!
For what you pay the service has potential, particularly if you're in an area with good coverage; in my case the transmitting of data is shotty at best, and that's the kicker, since the price of data is so high. Nevertheless, call and messaging features seem to function perfectly. Personally, I don't understand the difference in transmiting information over the internet vs messaging and calls.
I've had two phones not allow me to log in, same with your website. Not sure why this has been happening for so long. Kind of detrimental to your business... Please fix. Edit: seeing reviews for the same issue since 2021 really makes it seem like they just don't care. I can't recommend joining until these get fixed.
