The updates section is riddled with ads. The pay rent option is just a link to an external website offering rewards/points for paying rent (which is it's own issue). If it wasn't for the fact that there is no other way to submit a work order than through this app I'd never use it.

Greystar forced this app onto me. I don't understand why, nor do I understand why they did a hard pull on my credit. Makes no sense. Download this trash app, ruin your credit, and then we'll take you to a webpage off the app to pay your rent. Never been so mad over something so stupid.

Guess what, I was looking through the reviews and this highly positive review is sticking out like a sore thumb right away. Googled the name of the gentleman and he of course is an employee of Bilt. Fantastic move, just wonderful. Just another way of extracting a little more money out of us at every stage of every required transaction in life. Now you get ads, they get additional credit info..and don't think it'll be in any way more convenient for you or in any way cheaper.
