Did you know that this app says mobile access, but they should only indicate that it's for iPhone users ONLY. Samsung/Android users are SOL!...so disappointing

Buggy, useless app. Any attempts to reset passwords are met with an error message with no way to contact support.

The app doesn't tell you how to find the required information ie property name and tenant information. There should be a drop down to select property name and you could have emailed HR the tenant information.
