2024-12-16 | christopher ramphal | The updates section is riddled with ads. The pay rent option is just a link to an external website offering rewards/points for paying rent (which is it's own issue). If it wasn't for the fact that there is no other way to submit a work order than through this app I'd never use it.
2024-12-15 | Dominic Cammareri | Greystar forced this app onto me. I don't understand why, nor do I understand why they did a hard pull on my credit. Makes no sense. Download this trash app, ruin your credit, and then we'll take you to a webpage off the app to pay your rent. Never been so mad over something so stupid.
2024-12-10 | M Houston | Guess what, I was looking through the reviews and this highly positive review is sticking out like a sore thumb right away. Googled the name of the gentleman and he of course is an employee of Bilt. Fantastic move, just wonderful. Just another way of extracting a little more money out of us at every stage of every required transaction in life. Now you get ads, they get additional credit info..and don't think it'll be in any way more convenient for you or in any way cheaper.
2024-12-02 | Yannick | Buggy as hell. No reason for the transition to this garbage. There was nothing wrong with the old way of paying rent, and now I can't pay my rent. This really puts the RE in RE*T*ARDED
2024-12-02 | Sun and Sunflowers | Very confusing and the info on lease jumped up to 300.00 and did not load correct amounts. There a lot of technical issues that keep happening
2024-12-02 | Connor Hagerty | Amazing way to innovate new methods to be exploitative of people renting. If you manage to get the app to function, there's an abundance of ads, confusing loops of entering data, and constant worry about selecting the wrong method of payment. But don't worry you get points. That you can spend on their sponsored ads!!! Excited for the inevitable "were sorry we lost your data in a breach" email. Just let me pay rent, why does it need to be so complicated and convoluted?
2024-12-01 | Allen French | Horrible, my apt property management company (Greystar) just switched to this and what a horrible idea and app. It goes to a third party to pay rent, why set this one up then? Very unsecure, and the fact that greystar is forcing this on residents is terrible. They are not a resident friendly management company and this app says it all.
2024-12-01 | James Puma | Total garbage GREYSTAR is a predatory company and there isn't anything we can do but allow them to continue to force us into privacy policies that allow them to sell our info. Seems like illegal behavior to me but that's nothing new for this company.
2024-11-28 | Tom Torgerson | Impossible to use... Loaded with junk rewards (ha!)... No human to talk to.... No rental invoices show up on my daughter's college rental... This MUST go away! I wish I could rate this ZERO stars!
2024-11-22 | Александр Ванюков | When I'm trying to set a password it proved me wrong link in email. The awful experience! |
