Only had it a few months, and doesn't work for no discernable reason. Starts fine, then starts to disconnect randomly. And just now, worked perfectly fine, once I deleted this app, but then stopped working all together the minute I got in combat. 100 dollars for nothing. Forget any product from the company as a whole, at this point.
Everything in the app is great but can can you peeps from the Razer dev team add a default menu music in this Launcher app, also a sound effect noise when sliding to another application and also add another sound when selecting an app, not to mention add background cover images for the apps when we are sliding to them even if it's just the normal art from our app icons we don't mind. Please take this lowly fan suggestions into deep consideration
Other then for setting the two extra shoulder buttons it's pretty much useless. I used to have a Backbone and their all integrates with X BOX Game Pass are fast as showing your recent games and stuff. I'm still using the Backbone app with this and it's fine. This hardware however is better than Backbone and that's what really matters. The controller itself, five stars.
