I hate that the Kaira Pro Xbox Edition, isn't in the list. Even though it is advertised as a mobile/console headset. Please add this model! The PlayStation version is there, and it is for console and PC... 🤷🏼‍♂️ Anything with Bluetooth can work with a phone. The reason that it's not there because it's for console and PC is lame! It is designed to use with the phone. That's why you can pair the Xbox and phone the same time!

I hate the fact that I have to reconnect to the device I'm trying to remap every time I open it if I want to actually do that. I should be able to pull up an offline list of what my setting are so that I can see them without having to stand around and wait. Another thing, I should be able to configure the gesture changes I want and THEN connect. Without those features, this app is a complete slog to navigate through for any reason. 'For gamers, By gamers.' Yeah, right.

I don't know if it's the software or the glasses, but they do not work well with Galaxy smart phones. If I pause my audio it's worse odds than a coin flip if it will come back when I unpause it. It doesn't matter what app I'm using to listen to audio and I can't pin down a length of time that will/won't break it. Their customer service is worthless also. They keep trying to send me replacements instead of fixing their software/firmware.
