2024-02-22 | John Keefer III | I hate that the Kaira Pro Xbox Edition, isn't in the list. Even though it is advertised as a mobile/console headset. Please add this model! The PlayStation version is there, and it is for console and PC... 🤷🏼‍♂️ Anything with Bluetooth can work with a phone. The reason that it's not there because it's for console and PC is lame! It is designed to use with the phone. That's why you can pair the Xbox and phone the same time!
2023-12-27 | Quantum Physics | I hate the fact that I have to reconnect to the device I'm trying to remap every time I open it if I want to actually do that. I should be able to pull up an offline list of what my setting are so that I can see them without having to stand around and wait. Another thing, I should be able to configure the gesture changes I want and THEN connect. Without those features, this app is a complete slog to navigate through for any reason. 'For gamers, By gamers.' Yeah, right.
2023-07-16 | Stuart McNeill | I don't know if it's the software or the glasses, but they do not work well with Galaxy smart phones. If I pause my audio it's worse odds than a coin flip if it will come back when I unpause it. It doesn't matter what app I'm using to listen to audio and I can't pin down a length of time that will/won't break it. Their customer service is worthless also. They keep trying to send me replacements instead of fixing their software/firmware.
2023-07-09 | Stanley Murphy | Hope this helps someone else. Remember to always READ the reviews. Dont just look at the rating number. They must be grading on a scale or something. App works if I'm lucky for 3m loses connection and sometimes connects back but always ends up unable to find device. This has been happening to people for years still no fix.....smh. Tried factory reset. Paired unpaired. Uninstalled reinstall app.hhh. cleared cache. Everything I can think of. Wish I knew this before I spent money on them
2023-05-03 | Eddie Mac | Changing my review here... these buds are worthy of compliments! A year later it turns out my previous device was incompatible with the app and/or the buds. * they are fantastic and rival even the more expensive over the year headphones that I have* I default to them regularly and the noise canceling is excellent. *use the thx setting with a third party app to further shape the eq. Sounds amazing: music, movies, gaming.
2023-03-16 | Klay Jackson | I'm using this with the True Wireless Earbuds 2nd gen (amazing gaming earbuds btw, if anyone needs low latency earbuds these are it), and I have to say, this app is impressive. In a forest of apps with as many UIs, this keeps it simple, intuitive, and most importantly allows customization. Love that I can not only customize the RGB, but the presses as well! And for each bud, WHAT?! Also like that I can update firmware easily from the app.
2022-12-25 | Qwerty The2nd | App requires location to be on to work, and can't connect to the device with just Bluetooth. I was rather looking forward to getting these headphones with this app, but now I need to have location on for half the features. Please, you can already connect to the device with just Bluetooth; just let me use that connection to make changes.
2022-09-27 | Lavar Lawrence | Truly the most garbage app I've ever used for wireless earbuds. Never finds the ear buds, when it does it can't see the charge percentage on either 1 or both earbuds, and because of this you can't update the firmware. It constantly crashes with no reason. My phone literally said it has a bug and to wait for a dev fix & it's been a year of "fixes". I own three wireless earbuds and have had them replaced multiple times due to the app. Troubleshooting doesn’t work. This app loses ya'll money.
2022-08-16 | Liam Taylor (Liam) | So yea I literally can't use this app I cant update my earbuds, because when I click it it restarts the app and it does that everytime. Then I decided ok they still work so I wont update, but I cant even adjust the in app equalizer because when I try the app just restarts. So currently this app is pointless. I tried to uninstal it and reinstall, still didn't work. Its also fully updated. So please help me out. I really liked these earbuds before this app messing up. Maybe its just my phone.
2022-07-26 | Joey Y | Decent app. Allows me to check and change the gestures on my Anzu glasses. I do not like how this app shows up as "Audio" instead of "Razer Audio" on my Android phone. I am not sure if that is a flaw with Android, a mistake when generating the app label in the manifest, or a deliberate desire by Razer to confuse people. Regardless, that is the one issue I have noticed with an otherwise good app. |
