Only had it a few months, and doesn't work for no discernable reason. Starts fine, then starts to disconnect randomly. And just now, worked perfectly fine, once I deleted this app, but then stopped working all together the minute I got in combat. 100 dollars for nothing. Forget any product from the company as a whole, at this point.

Everything in the app is great but can can you peeps from the Razer dev team add a default menu music in this Launcher app, also a sound effect noise when sliding to another application and also add another sound when selecting an app, not to mention add background cover images for the apps when we are sliding to them even if it's just the normal art from our app icons we don't mind. Please take this lowly fan suggestions into deep consideration

Other then for setting the two extra shoulder buttons it's pretty much useless. I used to have a Backbone and their all integrates with X BOX Game Pass are fast as showing your recent games and stuff. I'm still using the Backbone app with this and it's fine. This hardware however is better than Backbone and that's what really matters. The controller itself, five stars.

Screen mapper needs more flexibility: 1. Use the same key in multiple places on the screen. You can only use one key one time. 2. Key combinations. For example L1+Y for mapping. 3. Not crash frequently (Pokemon UNITE/Nothing Phone 1). 4. Use the MOBA Smart Cast abilities when the move targeting circle goes off-screen: as is, if you target down where it goes off screen it moves erratically to avoid the bottom and jumps up. Will update review as things change/improve, or I have more feedback.

So far it works (s20 ultra). Giving it 4 stars because it can be leagues ahead of the competition. Here are my ideas - devs you can make lesser features for lesser devices that aren't capable but for the top end devices and in between here is a list. 1) allow one key to be assigned to multiple inputs. 2) allow hotkeys so we can alternate between functions. 3) create a grid that the dpad could scroll through over menus that can be resized manually by stretching the image. 4) m1/2 unique buttons

I want to rate this app higher, but after spending over $90 on a Kishi V2 specifically because of the button mapping, I must say I'm disappointed in that aspect. The button binding to M1/2 does NOT work, no matter what keys I use, and after about 4 min. of use, the Virtual controller will just decide to bug out and I have to hit the Nexus button and go back into the game again to reload it. It becomes more and more annoying each time I do it. If these 2 things are fixed, I'll be a happy camper.

I would rate this way better because the controller, the buttons, and the build is well done. It's a very convenient as a controller. The down side is that it doesn't fit with even the slimmest of cases because the usb c isn't designed in a way to plug all the way into my phone at least. I have a galaxy s23+ also the virtual controller keeps having issues where it keeps deleting a button key I assign to the key bubble. I even tried everything, having one of the newest phones it should work..

A whole lot better, I added 2 stars, the virtual controller is exactly what I was hoping for when I bought the kishi. I have high hopes for this, considering the fact that this tech can only evolve. I mesed up the virtual controller and I can't edit it with the overlay, I might b able to fix it, but I think it was a bug. I'll add another star if I can fix it.

I just got my Razer Kishi V2 and takes some time to get used to. I don't know why people are complaining about the Virtual Mapping. It is fairly easy to set up. Put want you want over the control on the screen and tap the button you want it to do on the controller. Just did it on COD Mobile works just fine. The controller takes a little time to get used too after just using the screen but it works. I just wish I didn't have to take my phone out of the case to put it in the controller.

Just awful and not just the app. The game pad itself is all butt worthless. It cannot even play one of the leading FPS games out there. Freaking Call of Duty Mobile! That is why I bought it in the 1st place and you cannot even use it for that game. It's unsupported for crying out loud! WTH is it any good for? Nothing. I should have stuck with a standard Bluetooth controller. At least I know it will work with games that support them. This one only works on some OLD games and only half the time!
