I ordered a item from this app, they never sent it. When I call customer support, I was told the order was lost but I could buy it now for $80 more. (Bait & switch - isn't that the definition of fraud?) I refused to pay the difference. The next month I bought a different item - that order was lost. I reordered this second item - THAT order was lost. I'm wondering if they will want to sell me the replacement for 25% more again. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I'm a poor person and without any credit. I can't afford to make large purchases and haven't been able to pass a credit check in a very long time. Not a lot of places offer ways to overcome and better this situation. QVC was the exception. They were the only ones willing to allow me an opportunity to make purchases, on an monthly installment plan and without requiring passing a credit check. Not only that, but they offer high quality items. I wanted to take the time to say thanks.

I don't like the update to your app. Everything at the bottom, and still at the top? Makes it way too difficult to navigate, and makes your screen too busy. Very hard to look at. And now, to get to program guide, I have to go to my account? The old way was much better. With the lines at the top, click on them to select what you want, with nothing on the bottom, and not taking up space from your screen. I really don't do anything much anymore because of it. Therfore not making purchases either.
