If you're looking for something specific, it is incredibly hard to navigate. The results sometimes just keep repeating as you scroll until you refresh. Also, if you're on the web page, it'll force you into the app without prompting. Finally, the checkout page has this super spammy addition asking you to complete your purchase by adding an additional item, but this is for every single item. Dismissing the section does nothing, it'll just come back regardless.
Horrible app. They give you a discount coupon. The coupon applies and shows you your savings. Just for the savings to go away apon check out!! Called customer service and they said "yes sorry it's a glitch that they have not fixed"!! Makes no sense. Why offer a promotion and show savings just to have it removed at check out. SMH worst experience ever.
App is faulty. I downloaded it for the 25% off app purchases. I went to the cart and it showed applied with discount. In the final step where you enter payment details, the discount is no longer applied and removed the automatic discount. There isn't even a code I can use to apply it on the final page because it's supposed to automatically apply at checkout. 😑 Waste of my time.
