It is very easy to use. Items are obviously a bit more pricey but the convenience of not paying upfront is the plus! I haven't had an issue with delivery. Items sometimes came early, which was great. The only issue is that the app keeps closing. There was no update available 8n the Playstore.

Purchasing Power is great, I've been using it for over a few years already. However, the phone number verification is flawed. I have been using Purchasing Power since 2018 and back then, I didn't have to enter a phone number to be able to order. Now I get problems and ordering is frustrating or even checking account summary. My phone number is under my husband's cellular account not mine. However, I am a member through my participating Employer

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Placed an order. Order was canceled through the app. Had to wait ten minutes while a representative looked up the account. Came back and told me it would take 3 business days to find out why it was canceled. I will take my credit elsewhere. This app is bulls@*%t. Ok, thanks, and ya'll have an amazing day. Update: After canceling my order, they then still had the nerve to take the allotment amount from my paycheck. It just gets worse and worse!!!!
