Useless. These people are lazy and useless. Anything you report they email you to call or email someone else. What's the point of having this dumb app. This is why philly is so messed up. Because of people like these administrative lazy couch thieves. It's good to get paid for doing nothing isn't it?

JUN JUN, 2024-10-29Won't Load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this App several times over the past couple of months, and it never works. I have a Samsung A52 phone with plenty of room. It would be convenient if it worked. Then I could report potholes, etc., as I see them instead of waiting till I get to my laptop. I will keep trying every few months to see if the problem gets fixed.

Anne Sterbenz, 2024-10-25The city Department was cleaning out the alleyway they was leaving bags and bags of trash in my driveway until the pickup game to get the bags and then they didn't clean up behind themselves I had to park in my driveway with dirt and debris I called 311 to report it and I got the runaround they were giving me three numbers because they wasn't sure for a week this went on and on I calling back I asked to speak to a supervisor that's when I got help and now everything is fine.
