This app has serious reliability issues and is most certainly not user friendly. Our dispatch uses this for search and rescue calls and frequently only the members listening to their radios ever respond because we never get notifications or hear the call out through IAR. If it worked the way it's supposed to it would be a good system. But it doesn't and seems to be getting worse as time goes by.

No longer works on my phone. It just spins when I open the app. I have cleared cache and restarted phone withno success. The app at one time was useful. Update. Was able to get it to work by installing the app and then reinstalling it. Works for awhile. Have Uninstaller it 3 times so far. Have not received audio in 5 days. Other members of the department report similar issues. Not a reliable app.

Worked well for a while, decent features for our department. I gave 4 stars originally, but really should've been 5 stars after getting used to it. *BUT* now it continually crashes whenever I try to open it up fully. Unable to send/receive any interdepartment communication as well. This is widespread over all in our department that updated to the latest version. Need fixed asap, we shouldn't be paying for an unusable app. Restoring to 4🌟 for now, working again.
