Customer service is outstanding for helping you find the apparel and outfits you will love, no matter your size, height, thin or heavy. Don't miss their sales. they beat other's prices a lot. The park meadows Nordstrom used to be a fun place to shop. I loved buying facial products and mens cologne. They had no problem providing a sample now and then to make sure the product is exactly what I wanted to purchase. Today I stopped by and I actually had a sales lady tell me that the product was too expensive. That she would have to give me a cheaper product to try. she made me feel bad for asking. This is not the Nordstrom that I enjoy shopping at. They need to tone down the bad attitude!

The app is still excellent in both how it operates and responds; it is however, still all white. How is there no option after all these years to offer a dark mode? The images can remain with their white backgrounds. That's reasonable because of how they're photographed. But to have menus, and literally everything else white when the browser experience can totally be changed via browser settings, is unacceptable. I never use the app unless I know what I'm looking to buy. There is no app browsing
