Must be a different team to the main banking app. Feels like a 1990 webapp app. Navigation is awful with so many different ways to get to places Airport parking is completely absent. Just very clunky and ill thought out

Very flaky and unreliable. Trying to do things like seaching for shows sometimes doesn't work at all, sometimes takes 30+ seconds to load while displaying a range of different errors. Poor effort, far below expectations for a premium service.

Very poor app. Extremely slow. Sometimes you can't even login. Evennif you can the search functionality of the various rewards is so bad that the benefits are unusable. You cannot find any events holidays or other.
