Each time I recieve a voicemail there is always something wrong with my Visual Voicemail. I have a notification of a voicemail that won't go away and it won't appear in my Visual Voicemail. I have cleared cache, looked for updates, restarted my phone, deleted old voicemails that are in my Visual Voicemail and listened to every single one. Nothing is working. I closed out the app and opened it again. I recieved 4 voicemails from out of state, and 1 of the 4 will not go away. How do I fix this?
This app isn't much good. It's supposed to basically bypass having to call your voicemail to get your messages, and to give you the messages in text format with the audio option in case it got words wrong or couldn't make out what was being said. When I was using a Galaxy A12, it worked well enough. But when I "upgraded" to a Magic 5G, it's never worked. It just says "Transcript not available", so I have to listen anyway, which defeats the purpose of having this app.
Borked. This app worked very well for a while, but over the last 2 months, it will not only not record messages it's now interfering with my regular voicemail. In fact my voicemails are not showing up for 2 or 3 days on either the Visual Voicemail or the regular voicemail. I'm not really sure what the programmers have done here, but it's BAD.
