Each time I recieve a voicemail there is always something wrong with my Visual Voicemail. I have a notification of a voicemail that won't go away and it won't appear in my Visual Voicemail. I have cleared cache, looked for updates, restarted my phone, deleted old voicemails that are in my Visual Voicemail and listened to every single one. Nothing is working. I closed out the app and opened it again. I recieved 4 voicemails from out of state, and 1 of the 4 will not go away. How do I fix this?

This app isn't much good. It's supposed to basically bypass having to call your voicemail to get your messages, and to give you the messages in text format with the audio option in case it got words wrong or couldn't make out what was being said. When I was using a Galaxy A12, it worked well enough. But when I "upgraded" to a Magic 5G, it's never worked. It just says "Transcript not available", so I have to listen anyway, which defeats the purpose of having this app.

Borked. This app worked very well for a while, but over the last 2 months, it will not only not record messages it's now interfering with my regular voicemail. In fact my voicemails are not showing up for 2 or 3 days on either the Visual Voicemail or the regular voicemail. I'm not really sure what the programmers have done here, but it's BAD.

I've never gone out of my way to review anything except this. The notifications are vague and convey no info other than "you have voicemails" When I tap them, they seem to disappear, much like the nonexistent effort put into the design of the interface (that being a nauseating list of black numbers against a white background) The AI has the hearing of an old man and I have to manually reload the page like I'm checking my email. Incidentally, braille text is more "visual" than this app.

I love visual voicemail apps. They all work pretty much the same. However, this one that Cricket puts out just randomly quits working. Sometimes I have to manually listen to the voicemail, then it shows on on this app. Currently, even when I manually listen to the messages, they still don't show up on the app. It's frustrating.

This app has made me lose out on multiple job offers. When a message is left, it will not record the new voicemail. Instead, it will pull an older voicemail and put that in place of the number that is actually calling you. I didn't realize this was going on for months and it has caused many issues for me, missing out on important messages. And of course, once you listen to a message on the app, you can't go back and listen to the messages through your phone's stock voice-mail.

Finally had to just uninstall it. Totally buggy: delays in processing messages, and/or notifying me multiple times about the same message, totally garbled "transcriptions" of calls, and inability to play back messages. It's a great concept, but the execution is so inconsistentb that it's just better to call in to regular voicemail.

It was fine until a recent update or something. Now it scrambles my messages. It pulls up the name of one caller, but displays the message of another. It also says it can't play the audio. I thought it was convenient before and I used it instead of my actual voicemail, but since I've had trouble, I have missed important messages because of technical errors, so I can't trust it anymore. I don't know if that was temporary, but it has certainly happened more than once.

I like this app, but lately it's telling me I have a message and then when I try to play it, the app freezes up. This is a message that doesn't exist; I know because I accessed my voicemail by dialing in, and there were no new messages. But every morning when I turn on my phone, there's visual voicemail telling me I have a message. I have installed all updates. This is a bug. Please fix it.

Response to "make sure my device and app are up to date" I assure you both are updated! It's something on your end. I have deleted and reinstalled and continue to get the same horribly running app. I am a cricket customer with a cricket device. I hope to see an update with a proper working app within the next few days. Worst voicemail app ever! So many problems from voicemails never received to voicemails mixed with other voicemails to wrong transcription to no access the list is endless!
